“Great for the price ”

“First time we’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. All was fine with one exception: Upon entering our assigned room we observed a couple of things that led us to believe that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The front desk assigned us to another room, and all was well.”

“We stayed at this property based on the chain’s reputation and our previous stays at other locations. However, it was not up to the company’s usual standards. We found it to be subpar lodging at a premium price. While the front desk clerk was friendly and professional, the bed and linens comfortable, the property quiet, overall it was shabby and in disrepair, especially the room itself. Examples include the bathroom having no toilet paper roll holder, a terribly cracked sink with no plug, while……

“Not fancy but good value”

“The service of some female employees was not enthusiastic enough, the breakfast was not good, and there was basically nothing to eat.”

“Cost was excellent and person at the desk was very efficient and personable. The facility itself needed quite a bit of updating. Room itself was fairly spacious and clean. Near a few restaurants. It served our purposes well.”
