「I read these reviews to help me book so I’m being completely honest to help others book too. We used this listing to stay for the baseball weekend series. This is an older apartment however the upgrades were done very well. Despite the area, it was very quiet overall. You can hear the person walking upstairs or showering but it wasn't disrupting. 「I had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, smelled great, and had everything I needed. David was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, truly great to work with. There were also snacks and drinks available, which was such a nice touch. I was in town for an awards event at Florida State University with my cousin and her service dog, and we stayed one night. The location was super convenient and close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!」

「The entire experience was amazing. 10/10. I felt very relaxed the moment I entered the unit. It was immaculate. Super quiet and peaceful . I will certainly becoming recommending this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay . My only regret is that I didn’t book it for Family weekend 9/25-9/27.
