The Maine Cottage - 105” TV! - Limestone University 4 miles away - Basement apt

Book now to enjoy this cozy guest suite in a country setting (Gaffney, SC), just 4 miles from Limestone University. There’s a PEACEFUL CREEK (see photos) down the path next to the suite. It has an oversized bedroom with a queen bed, chaise lounge, & 55" TV. The bathroom includes a garden tub & shower. The living room has a LARGE 105" projector TV screen, a large sleeper sofa, love seat, & a mini kitchen. You are halfway between Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC on I-85. There is also a washer/dryer available to use.

Special touch: COMPLIMENTARY homemade brownies and a bottle of wine to all guests!

We live upstairs, but you have a private entrance.
Self check-in (4-digit code will be provided before arrival).

Cute cottage!!
This basement apartment was very clean & met our needs. They offered several complimentary items: water, coffee, tea, toiletries & had snacks for purchase by the honor system method. The owners are right upstairs but we’re very quiet & located in a quiet neighborhood. Our van was loaded down & we drug bottom quite badly as we entered & exited their steep driveway so they allowed us to park on the street in front of their house. We would stay here again if the need arose & if we didn’t need a kitchen.

Wonderful property
This property is in a great location and is clean, homey, and comfortable. This is the second time we’ve stayed and we have recommended it to many. The homemade brownies were a lovely touch after a long day of travel.

Great accommodation for the space. We had a great visit with our daughter who is attending Limestone University. Please be sure to drive a car with good clearance for the driveway.
