It is the perfect choice for a family or a couple looking to enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by the classic Chianti landscape of rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves. The well-kept garden and inviting pool offer a relaxed atmosphere close to nature.



The small village of Monti is just a short walk away and offers a grocery shop and the well-regarded restaurant Locanda del Tartufaio. The famous Castello di Brolio is only a 15-minute drive from the house. The historic city of Siena, located about 20 kilometres away, is ideal for cultural visits and shopping at larger supermarkets. San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are also easily reached for day trips.

The single-storey stone villa features a covered terrace with a dining table, ideal for relaxed al fresco meals with stunning views of olive groves and vineyards. The well-maintained pool offers a welcome way to cool off on warm days and is a lovely place to unwind.



Inside, the house blends traditional Tuscan style with a warm and cosy feel. Wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors and soft pastel-coloured walls create a homely atmosphere. One of the bedrooms features a romantic four-poster bed that adds a special touch.
