We warmly welcome you in our unbeatable location, halfway between Siena and Florence!
First of all we are glad to support you in planning your stay, informing you about the current events in the area in relation to your preferences.

(to start your journey, a bottle of Chianti and our useful gadget for wine lovers will be our welcome gift!)

THE VILLA:
On GROUND FLOOR, which is at garden level, is a large sitting room with Tv Sat area, a dining room in front of the pool, a steel kitchen for cooking and delicious dinners made by our Chef.
In front of the pool is a large veranda for eating outside and a sofa area over an amazing view of vineyards and Tuscany countryside where to enjoy beautiful sunsets!

On FIRST FLOOR a cozy living room with a huge fireplace.
Two spacious double bedrooms, one twin bedded room (can be converted into a double), and two bathrooms.
And the SUITE: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the tower room, which can serve as a cozy private living room with stunning views over the surrounding vineyards or as bedroom for children (double sofa bed).

A fitted laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer is accessible from the garden at ground level.

All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and autonomous heating control.

* PIZZA or BBQ DINNER: have fun learning how to prepare and cook pizzas together with our pizza expert, or enjoy relaxed a mix of local grilled meat.

* PRIVATE POOL (12x6meters), sun beds for each guest, shaded areas to enjoy in the garden. Open from April to end October

* PRIVATE TENNIS COURT in synthetic gras with racquets and balls for free; teacher available on request.

* PING PONG table

* PRIVATE FENCED GARDEN with amazing view over vineyards.

* PARKING AREA inside the fenced garden.

Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico triangle of Radda-Castellina-Gaiole midway between SIENA and FLORENCE (reachable in half an hour and 45minutes).
Quiet and exclusive location, with stunning views over the typical Tuscany countryside. Good spot for quick walks across the vineyards.
Just 10 minutes drive from RADDA IN CHIANTI with its election of restaurants and beautiful little shops; here you can also find all necessary services for your stay like supermarkets, bank, a pharmacy.
LECCHI IN CHIANTI (3kms from home), with a bar, a restaurant, a wine tasting shop and a little food shop is representative of the Italian lifestyle in a small village.

Peaceful location on a secluded road

Very well organized villa, in a peaceful, secluded location in the hills behind Gaiole in Chiianti. About 1 mile on a dirt road. All of the amenities of home for a comfortable and lovely stay. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful stay at Petra & Alexa's villa for a group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids). Beautiful home and the pool and grounds are amazing. Pizza night with Stefano is highly recommended!

Perfect villa for discovering Chianti!

Amazing villa! Views were stunning! Villa had everything you could hope for or imagine! We were a group of three couples traveling together. Layout of bedrooms was perfect, with each having its own bathroom. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The week we were there was a bit cool, and having the huge fireplace made things extra special. Host's recommendations for restaurants and private chefs were excellent. Huge huge appreciation to Mina (one of the private chefs). Her pasta was the best we had in our full three weeks! Also La Bottega del 30 was phenomenal. Helene, definitely deserves her Michelin star! Perfect base to travel to all of the amazing towns close by - Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Cortona, Panzano, Greve, Castellina etc. In all, an excellent property. We would definitely stay again if we were in the Chianti region again!

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms and furnishings very comfortable. The pool was very large and the center of afternoon activities. We also took advantage of the host recommendations for wineries and dinners. Very helpful! Just be aware that Radda is about 15 minutes by car and that is the closet location for groceries etc. highly recommend this property

Exceptionally Beautiful, Quiet Countryside and Lovely Villa

The view from the back of this property is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The villa is spacious and clean with a great, well stocked kitchen. Don’t miss out on the meal cooked by two amazing chefs in the villa. Make sure you rent a car that’s up for the lengthy gravel road to the property.

A wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time . The home itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. The view is breathtaking . . We had a chef come in and make dinner for the six of us, and it was such a fantastic and memorable experience. Petra gave us info on winetasting and things to do that was very helpful. The only thing that I would say is that the house is not near groceries,,and not walkable to nearby town so a vehicle (in particular four-wheel-drive) is necessary. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, true Tuscan experience that you enjoy it at this home..

Hervorragend - ein Paradies für uns allein

Für den letzten Kilometer der Zufahrt zum abgelegenen Paradies ist z.B. ein SUV zu empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft alles tipp topp, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, eine Flasche Wein und frische Blumen standen auf dem Esstisch zur Begrüssung bereit! Die Badezimmer sind toll. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der eigene grosse Pool - ein Traum. Kurz nach der Ankunft hat sich die Gastgeberin Petra nach unserem Befinden erkundet. Als wir zum Voraus Fragen hatten, hat uns die Gastgerberin noch am gleichen Tag per Mail geantwortet. Allfällige Fragen vor Ort haben wir per WhatsApp innerhalb einer Stunde mit Petra klären können. Am Mittwoch hat jeweils eine Putzhilfe "unser" Haus gereinigt und die Abfälle entsorgt. Der Housekeeper Stefano war ca. alle 3 Tage vor Ort und hat den Pool gereinigt, die Blumen gegossen, den Umschwung gepflegt. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Einfahrtstor war immer abgeschlossen und das Anwesen ist eingezäunt (inkl. eigenem Tennisplatz). Zudem hat das Haus Bewegungsmelder und ab ca. 19 Uhr wurden die Aussenlichter automatisch eingeschaltet und haben die ganze Nacht gebrannt! Durch Vermittlung der Eigentümerin haben wir eine Köchin gebucht, welche vor Ort ein sehr feines, regionaltypisches Essen für uns zubereitet hat! Ein traumhafter Urlaub ohne wenn und aber, an den wir uns gerne zurückerinnern, Danke Petra für dieses wunderschöne Erlebnis!!!

Wonderful week in Tuscany

We just got back from a wonderful week at Villa LisDor. The scenery was amazing, with the pool and house set amidst the vineyards and the hills of Tuscany all around. The tennis court is so wonderful to have and the town of Radda in Chianti, 10 minutes away, is the best of all the towns we visited. It was a perfect week!

Enjoyed the stay with Petra & Alexa - very nice kept and maintained property located in the Chianti Hills. 3 km to closest restaurant, we used a a great catering option 2 Nights to get a lovely 4-course dinner prepared on prem. We will be back !

Wonderful place for a 3 generation reunion

Lisador is perfect for everyone - from bambinos to seniors. The property is large and the house beautifully appointed with almost any amenity you could need. The private pool and tennis court engaged the kids and parents, while there are comfy nooks and crannies to get away from it all. The location is perfect for days trips to the major sites in the area as well as many nearby wineries. We loved the contrast between the Castello de Fonterutoli (one of the oldest in the region but with new, environmentally sustainable technologies) and the small but beautiful and very friendly Mandria winery just next door to the villa. We appreciated the information on things to do in the area as soon as we booked. Not only was it helpful for planning our trip, but it was also a good model for our own. This stunning villa is in the heart of the Chianti region - secluded property but close to Radda and many other hill towns and lots of wineries! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the kitchen and bathrooms are all upgraded and very well done - the overall decor remains true to the original structure. We arranged for the talented chef Maria Rosa to cook dinner for us one evening. It was absolutely one of the best meals we had in Italy. Petra the owner made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Stunning property great for families

Where do I begin about our stay......it was wonderful in every way. We are a family of seven that traveled from the United States. My husband, three children and parents also loved everything about the property. From the wonderful pool, tennis courts and late afternoon walks along the vineyards it was everything we could have hoped for. We arrived at the property greeted by Mariarosa. I had asked her to pick up a few select things from the grocery store so that we could make dinner at home and have breakfast for the following morning. After a long day of travling with three small children, this was very much appreciated! About fifteen minutes away in the town of Radda was everything you needed. A very cute town filled with adorable shops, restaurants and even grocery stores. Petra was very accomadating and there to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be staying with her again!
