"It was a very sterile basic room. Very clean There were absolutely no spices, oil, tea or coffee provided in the kitchenette. The location was excellent. Easy to communicate with the host. Staff were friendly. The front desk is manned for part of the day only. There is no one at night."

"This was a very appealing hotel. We had reserved a suite, but got upgraded to the deluxe suite (only one in hotel), which was huge - 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. Dinner in hotel dining room was pretty good. Staff was good and friendly. Parking in garage under the hotel - nice spaces, well lit, connects inside. Location was excellent - right in center of town. Town is pleasant and quiet. Can walk around easily. Also had dinner at two nearby good restaurants. Manager Patrick was very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay."

"Excellent location and perfectly pleasant however to be excellent overall they’d need to improve technology facilities in the rooms… e.g. usb ports, smart tv. We stayed in an apartment and I found the layout odd (toilet being other side of apartment to bathroom). We also needed more pillows. Breakfast was also average. Again not bad, but with a bit of finessing with some more options it could have been excellent."

"Everything was perfect, nice hotel in front of a shopping center and close to airport. Nice amenities. Spa, gym. Front desk person was not that friendly to be honest so it didn’t leave a good impression. She was on the shift on Thursday August 27th at around 9:30 pm. Don’t remember her name. Anyway, for hospitality industry this is unacceptable. No big deal but you guys need to address this. Everything else was perfect. Thanks!"
