“Have requested a higher floor room, and I got then room in basement. The only room in basement, just next to laundry room. No reception no staff in the building. Only provide digit password for entering the building and room. Have asked them few times before arrived, how to get there and how to get into building and the room. Keep saying to wait until the check in time. No instructions can provide beforehand (please note I arrived late st night and no staff in the building) No one can help.”

“Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Alles war top. Das Apartment war genau so, wie auf den Bildern. Modern, schön, sauber. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, aber in 25 min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Ein Mercadona ist gleich um die Ecke. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.”

“It was a little tricky opening our door when we first got there,but prior to that we got there earlier than check in time and code on door would not open.Luckily a very nice and helpful woman who we thought works there,offered to put our belongings in another room until our room could be ready.She said shes gonna start cleaning up,she advised us to stroll around to pass time which we did,and when we were trying to get in our room after 4pm host communicated, our luggages were transferred to our……
