「I enjoyed the stay so much. My room was stunning. It was clean,big, and very comfortable. You are given a code to get through the front door and a code to get into your room. It was very easy. Such a beautiful place the best place I've stayed in a very long time.」

「Good bar drinks, food and service. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, unfortunately. The staff seemed to not care much and lacked the proper hospitality attitude. Especially compared to the surrounding hotels in Newport where I've stayed and have felt much more welcomed compared Hotel Viking.」

「I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...
