"The property was all it is described as in the details. It was tastefully furnished, the bedrooms were lovely, the living areas spacious and the garden beautiful. The property is literally steps from a long, wide, sandy stretch of beach. You could not get any closer. There are plenty of corners to the garden too to provide privacy and shade. "We loved Dream Villa! It is a beautiful building right in the middle of Galle- you cannot ask for a better location! The room was great, big comfy bed and good a/c. Service was great (we checked in with a young guy who did not speak a lot of English but he was so nice and helpful) and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you Dream Villa!"

"Quiet, clean and relaxing guesthouse. Owner very friendly, considerate and helpful. Good breakfast with some Sri Lankan specialties. A/C in the rooms and a ceiling fan that can be turned up high if preferred to A/C. Bed very comfortable and spotless sheets. Short tuk tuk ride from the fort (maybe 2km?) for $1.50. Little hard to find at first without calling - mention Bandaranayika Place to tuk tuk. Maybe a clearer sign on the road by the drive? and the ebookers map showed it near the coast road...

"Nice room in a villa style property. Large room and bathroom. The room was clean and nice bed. The lighting in the room is a bit dull. Sea side is short walk away and nice restaurants around the area. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. The gentleman at the hotel was helpful and provided brilliant service."

"Paid online. No one was there when we went to check in. Dogs growling at us viciously. We were forced to leave and find another place to stay. Still waiting to get our money back. I don't think that will happen as we have waited 4 days for a response to or email. Don't waste your money or time on this place. It states is 200 metres from centre of galle but its at least a 5000 rupee tuk tuk to get anywhere near galle city centre. Terrible experience, waste of my money."
