「2泊分の料金を払っているのにチェックインさせてもらえず、予約の画面を見せても何を言っても一方的に逆ギレされた。長いこと話をし、結局ホテル側の共有不足だったのか部屋に入れてもらえたが謝罪もなし。最悪な対応。せめて謝れよ。」

「The location is great… information regarding renovations in close proximity would have been nice to know. No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. 「I’ve been to Paris a few times, but this time I wanted to try a more residential experience. This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. A metro stop providing easy access to the rest of the city is just half a block away. There are also two lovely parks nearby with benches for sitting within naturally...
