Peaceful Retreat

It was an amazing short stay, great way to start the New Year, sunrise and sunsets, just breathtaking from the balcony. Place was super clean, relaxing and family oriented. We will be back to enjoy a longer stay! Also, office ladies were sweet, kind and super helpful. Thank you!!!

Very relaxing

Nice to be oceanfront on the balcony. Very comfortable sleeping. TV was confusing at times but worked it out ok. Nice to have the hot tub to myself for a while as well. Lovely walks on the beach.The Pelicans are always awesome to watch!

Location, location, location

Our condo was a great location. Right on the beach and close to downtown. I do want to mention the HOA is very strict about the use of the pool. During our stay, the majority of the guests were families but children were not welcomed in the pool. They have someone patrolling the pool making sure no one jumps, splashes, floats, makes too much noise, or throw things (pool toys included). The pool also had way too much chemical in it turning my daughter’s hair green and burning our eyes.

Great View Not So Great Hospitality

The view of the Gulf of Mexico was perfect and the location of the condo was great. Those each deserve a star but that's it. The condo Wi-Fi didn't work and we tried several times to get in touch with ABSea Rentals, who could have cared less. Same with the condo owner, who essentially argued that it worked and didn't bother to help. Normally, I wouldn't care, but the weather for our stay was rainy and cold with high tide most of the time we were there, so the beach really wasn't an option. Hence, Wi-Fi would have been appreciated. We won't ever rent from ABCRentals again. Despite the great location of this condo, the outside is a dearth and the inside wasn't much better. The sheets and pillows for this place were all super old hand-me-downs from condos of yore. Seascape really needs to bring a power washer out there and clean the walkways and outsides of the condos - it was all pretty gross. The balcony view was fantastic and that's where we stayed when we weren't going out to eat. 2 stars.

Weekend getaway

Had a wonderful stay with husband, 3 teenagers and in-laws. Beautiful views!!!! Easy access to beach!!! Room sleeps 8 but we felt there wasn’t enough seating for 7 of us in the living room/kitchen area. (Only complaint) And bring paper towels/napkins!!! They are not provided! 😉

Great getaway

I absolutely loved the balcony and being able to view the beach and waves from my bed! The sunrises were exceptional. The whole family loved the pool and location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this place! With 2 10 yr olds and two couples, it was perfect! The owner doesn’t answer text messages although there is a place for that. I just hate to call.

Disappointed for the price

The one and only good thing was the wonderful view. The back door was extremely difficult to operate the lock. Was replaced next day after reporting. Front door would not open with the code. Were told to use alternate code everytime by office staff. There were cheetos in the bunk bed from previous visitors. Fillter on central unit was filthy the room smells like mildew. The faucets ran continous stream or drip. Did not appear the floors had been mopped prior to our arrival. Was afraid to turn on TV in master bedroom appears to be falling off wall and the electric cords were dangerously entangled. This was the 4th time we have stayed at Seascape and were totally disappointed in the conditions. Also, the code to beach gate never worked for us nor for the majority of other guest. We became gate attendants as we watched other guest struggling with the gate. Again office staff did not appear concerned

Comfortable stay

Loved the view and the facilities. We were a group of 6 and there were only three places to sit and eat a meal. More bar stools needed.
