There are serious problems with this unit. There is a roach problem, and structural/ maintenance problem's that could be safety issues.
We found roaches in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, and there were was one crawling on me in the living room. We had to re-wash and dry every dish before using it.
There is broken tile and uneven floor at entrance. While moving the curtains in a bedroom the curtain rod fell on us. The windows in the bedroom facing the street are structurally un-sound and on the verge of falling apart. Some sort of tape was applied to try to keep the window panes attached and sealed. This ruined the view from the bedroom since the tape is bubbling and peeling off. Additionally, there is a spot where the adhesive peeled off, and the window is separated from the pane, leaving a void exposing the room to the outside elements. This faulty window results in the room being excessively noisy, and not properly temperature controlled making sleep difficult.
Also this unit is located on second floor facing the street directly above the lobby. The pictures don’t properly show that the patio opens up to the roof.
