We absolutely loved this place ..the owner communicated with us and checked on us ..the house has soo much room inside and out..it was fully stocked with all we needed and my entire family enjoyed it was mkre than enough room check in and check out was super easy we will be back

Great BeachBox Vacation Home

The property was great. Love the large kitchen and the game room. The only con was the home had a damp smell which can be alleviated by putting some damp-rid in the rooms. Other than that, a great place to vacation.

My family had a fantastic time at this beautiful house! The house met all of our needs from location on the bay, a large game room with pool table and arcade, comfortable beds and and amazing hosts. The home was clean and stylish, it felt like home away from home!

Family getaway

First time in Galveston and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The home was amazing and the located close to the beach and many great restaurants and attractions. The kids loved the game room and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very good communication with the property manager and we would definitely stay here again.

The Best Spring Break Getaway!!

Everyone had an amazing time! There was plenty of room and beautiful views! The house and decor was lovely! We barbecued and sat by the bar. This was just a vibe. The beach was right outside the neighborhood, it was great!

Great Team bonding experience

The property was large enough for 10 varsity girl's bball team and 3 moms. Enough space to hang out all together in the living room and game room. Only complaint was the heating in 2 of the bedrooms. Other than that we had a great time.

Fantastic Stay with a Few Minor Setbacks

We had a fantastic stay in Galveston! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the fishing in the area was great. The accommodations were comfortable and set us up for an enjoyable trip overall. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were out of order, which was inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. Also, the water pressure in the showers was very low, which made it tough to enjoy a good shower after a day out on the water. Despite these minor issues, we had an awesome time and would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Amazing Time and Beautiful Home

Stayed with my family for my mom’s 60th birthday. The property had plenty to do and plenty of space. We did have a small issue with WiFi and with spotty service due to the location it made it hard for me to communicate with the property managers to get a quick resolution. They were extremely responsive though and I believe it would’ve been fixed much sooner if cell service was better in the area. We also loved the view and would definitely stay here again!

The house was nice

Just getting back from our vacation. The house was beautiful but we just wished the WiFi would’ve worked and there was extra bedding for people . The location is kinda far from downtown area but it was nice been away from the noise . Trying to figure out the air conditioning for each room was kind hard at first and the downstairs room smells like a older basement. They should leave dehumidifier on 24/7 . Over all we loved the space and the outside in the back too . To chill and just enjoy the night . There’s a lots of beds too

Great Stay

The house is spacious and my family of 12 had a great time. The house however is a little dated and it rained a lot while we were there and we did have to report major leaks on all 3 floors. The maintenance was sent promptly and we left before knowing if the repairs were done. The leaks explain some of the damage to the unleveled floors. On a positive note, the location of the house was great. We were able to do some fishing off the canal. The house was equipped with plenty of kitchen necessities, towels and toiletries. The downstairs has obvious moisture issues and the beds were not the most comfortable. The 3 master bedrooms had the best beds. Although we had a great time I don’t think we will rent again.

Good family house, but not for all adults

We were looking for a home with six bedrooms for a business trip. This turned out to be a little less than desirable. The main seating area was fantastic, but the bedrooms were not good. There were only three main bedrooms in the main part of the house. And then a pass-through room without doors had multiple bunk beds that they said was another bedroom. Then, the other two bedrooms were downstairs, and you had to go outside to get to them. One had multiple bunk beds, and the other "twin" bedroom was a couch. That's it. No bedding. It's just a couch. The bedroom situation was the most disappointing part of the house. Lots of things to do with kids. It was great outside, but the weather was terrible. I'm sure in the summer it would be great spot for families, just not for our business trip as we anticipated.

If your family loves to fish, this is a great spot!!

I’ll start with the best part; the fishing! The lot next door is an open lot so there was sooooo much room for the kids, all 11 and under, to fish without crossing/tangling lines. Not only that, but because it’s on the main canal, they were pulling up fish left and right. They were just little fish but for the kids it was everything! Even kept the 6 year old’s attention! I would give the location 10 stars if I could. The location far outweighed the bizarre layout (see below) and the kind of gross couch in the living room. I’d definitely stay again! When we pulled up we were a little worried because the outside wasn’t as pretty as others and the garage door was smashed in. But when we walked inside that instantly changed. The kitchen/dining/living area was huge and the kitchen was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our group of 13 to gather. They layout of the house is very awkward. There is a bathroom off the living area, then you walk through a double door to the kids bunkbed room and there’s another bathroom. Keep walking and you’ll find two bedrooms with king beds but not another bathroom. This meant adults in those rooms had to walk through the kids room to use the restroom. Very weird but we made it work. At the end of the hall is a very narrow spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom. The master is awesome! Huge with a giant bathroom and private balcony. The only complaint is, due to the scary spiral staircase, my older in-laws didn’t feel comfortable

The location and idea of this house is great but The house needs some love. It’s very run down and musty. The second set of bunk beds are in a room not attached to the main house so we couldn’t even use with our kids. Over all Layout is strange.
