Beach House w/ Pool, Fire Pit & Near the Beach

Fully remodeled in 2022. Anchors Away has 4 cozy bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as a separate outdoor shower for cleaning off after spending an afternoon at the beach! The living rom / kitchen area is spacious, with plenty of room for the entire family to gather, and there is also plenty of space below the house where you'll find picnic tables and a couple of porch swings! The fire pit offers the perfect way to cap off your day!
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: You must be 24+ to book.

NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

Quiet days in Galveston

This property is pretty much exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood, basic house setup, pool!, and not a long walk to the beach. We would stay again next time we come to Galveston.

Perfect for large groups

This was a great property for large groups! The kids (8 total) had so much fun with the bunk beds and area under the house. It was a great location and easy walk to the beach.

We had a great mini getaway and very much enjoyed the house. The owner communicated with us quickly and respectfully. The house is beautifully decorated and the accommodations were excellent!

Review

stay was fine except for the rain, most of the dishes were filthy. There were mouse droppings in the window seals where the children could reach. When reaching out to the management I was told someone would come to clean this up but no one showed up. Mouse droppings by the window seal next couch, there is no way the mice were not on the couch. Very disappointing.

Mini getaway

Great option for big families. Cute decor, comfy beds, plenty of space. Loaded with everything we needed. Grill and fire pit on point! Great communication & quick response. Not too far from the seawall. We had a really great time! Thank you!
