Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been completely renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by Thanksgiving 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is happening BELOW this condo balcony. There might be noise during the day while renovations are being happening.
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.Trailers are only allowed during motor cycle rally weekend and are subject to the same rate as cars.
