A great place for a quiet getaway

The condo itself is very nice, located in a nice resort with plenty of amenities. Had no issues with check in or anything else. Only downfall if any is nearest restaurants are about 25 minutes, so stock up on your groceries and snacks and enjoy. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot!

Loved this location? The view and vicinity to the beach and beach club were perfect! The rental company could be better with a few things (better with cleaning and small things like dead batteries in all of the remotes and no parking access like promised) but besides that I would stay at this property again.

Great Getaway

Our family stayed here a few nights and we enjoyed our visit. The condo was very clean and great location to the main pool and beach. We had great views and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again.

I loved the location of this condo, it was a short walk from the pool and beach and a little farther for the basketball court. the view of the beach from the condo is beautiful and the house was very clean.

Clean, well appointed, great location and wonderful getaway. A+!

Great stay, very thoughtful set up and appreciate the added appliances (water boiler, etc) that anticipated our every needs. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed the place. Be sure to bring sun screen and bug repellents (!!!) for that walk to the beach. Overall wonderful experience and appreciate the location to the Beach house and the short walk to the beach.

Great view

Our condo was perfect for our family! The only downside was how terrible the mosquitoes weee in the area. Made it hard to go for evening walks which we really enjoy doing. The condo itself was awesome!

Great location

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had enough supply we were able to cook a spaghetti dinner one night. We loved the amenities. We used both pools, used the walkway to the beach where we practically had the place to ourselves. It was nice to have access to showers when walking back from the beach. Only negative to our entire weekend were the mosquitoes. Def bring your mosquito spray, they are pretty bad in Sept!!

Pointe West Condo

Condo was clean, spacious, and great location. Had everything we needed for a great stay! Wonderful ocean view from the balcony and close to pool/dune walkover. Would stay again! Just something to keep in mind during your stay - the tar along the beach was pretty bad this trip. Just one evening at the beach left us with thick tar on our shoes, feet, and towels. Make sure to pack some Dawn soap or baby oil to help clean. We've visited Pointe West for the last 5 years and this is the first time we've had this issue.

Great location

The condo has recently been redone—- clean and updated. Easy access to beach boardwalk and clubhouse/pool. Complaint-we responded to offer for late checkout. We thought—great! We can shower and clean up before leaving. So, at clubhouse, water was turned off at 10 am—no bathrooms or food/drink service. No big deal. Condo mgmt did not notify us that maintenance was also being done at the condo. So we paid for what was really a late checkout with no water. We should have been notified with option to cancel late checkout. Only complaint. Customer service should do a better communication when there are issues. Overall unit is really nice.

Nice condo…

The condo itself was very nice, updated and well equipped. The view was beautiful. The beach was nice and clean. The property grounds needed attention. Grass was high. Sidewalks dirty. The mosquitoes swarmed every time we stepped outside. The elevator didn’t work. Grandparents trucking little ones and all the things up to the second floor was difficult. The a/c in the restaurant didn’t work. These outages were not relayed to us upon booking. The property manager wasn’t very responsive when messaged with questions. We were told we could have late check out for a “fee” I asked several times about the fee. Didn’t get a response for over 24 hours. Then we were told we couldn’t have late check out(the morning of our departure) so we had to hustle out before 10:00. Over all the stay was nice, with exception of the few cons.

Awesome vacation home!

Beautiful complex! Great pools! Beach is amazing! The condo has everything you need! Price can’t be beat, was expecting a condo that was not so nice based on the price, but it is a beautiful vacation home. Will be back!!

Great location, all the amenities, perfect unit!

We fell in love with this property and specifically this unit. Decor was updated and clean. Well appointed. Loved the giant balcony overlooking the ocean. The property's amenities of the private pool, restaurant and bar were great. The short walk to the beach was the cherry on top. Will be back and in this unit!
