What a view!!

Wife and staued a week with in laws....they loved the rocking chairs and the view! Property is very well equipped...upstairs is like a private master suite!!! Hated to leave....highly recommend.

Cozy cottage

A lovely cozy cottage in a great location. Easy walk to beach. Note the fridge and pantry are bare so you need to bring everything to cook with, eg oil, ketchup, sugar, coffee, even pepper and salt! The store across the road was handy.

Very nice home with amazing ocean view

Very nice home. Great ocean views throughout. Full size Mattress in bunk room was very lumpy. We had to switch beds. Photo in the ad doesn’t show you have to walk through the dunes to get to the beach. So it was a little more work to haul beach supplies (tent, ice chest, chairs, etc) down a narrow path. But, otherwise, a great place that I’d rent again.

Location good, house not so good

The overall experience felt cheap despite the cost. The toilet broke I had to call and report it twice and we finally just fixed it ourselves because our group had to use the bathroom. Supplies were lacking like no beach chairs etc things that are usually in the house when we’ve stayed in this area in the past. The deck felt like we would fall through at any moment with paint splatter all over. The upstairs lacked proper AC flow. Loved the location but would pick a new house next time and probably not use a Sand and Seas property
