Ocean view from balcony was great & located in good spot next to Walmart. The condo had a very damp feel and had a bad smell. The bed in the room was very uncomfortable.

Girls weekend

Spent the weekend here with my cousin teenage daughter and her friend. Lovely place,great location and super cute. We will definitely look at booking again next time we are in town.

Feces on tub. Tub clogged with hair and would not drain. It was so filthy that I didn't want to touch anything. I could not wait to check out of there. If I had not driven 20 hrs straight, I would have left immediately. The couch looked like it was dragged off the street. It smelled like burnt fish. The cable/internet did not work. The freezers could not gold food because it was frozen solid. The wax riing seemed to be oozing around the toilet. The woodwork had so much dust that it was caked on the floor and walls. Just plain disgusting!!

Hurricane stay

We made the decision to continue our trip to Galveston after the hurricane. We were told there was no power, and we accepted that. We still thorougly enjoyed the beach and our vacation. I was dusappointed that it was obvious that the condo had not been well cleaned, there was still partial bottles of shampoo in the shower, and the hide-a-bed is broken and lays at a strange angle, we slept on the couch instead.

Helpful Property Owner; Good Place to Crash

Property was as described. The front desk staff (separate from the property owners) were not very helpful. I do wish there were less emails that were part of the stay...I had SEVEN email confirmations, additional information, check in instructions, etc. Like WOW, can y'all find a way to consolidate or simplify? Thankful for the property owners who helped us elongate our stay. We were not vacationing, but dealing with family health issues and they were kind and accommodating.

All was quiet & well until Friday until the weekend. People forget there was a no noise policy. I didn't know who to call for loud tenants.

Awesomeness

Room was very clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys and you can see the Gulf from the room. And conveniently located right across the street from Walmart very handy. Just go to Walmart early in the morning if you need anything just some friendly advise. And the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely rent this room again.
