Over Promise/Under Deliver
If you want a party house and do not care about property condition, then this house may suit you. If you are looking for something nice to enhance your vacation, look elsewhere. The house was filthy. We spent our first hour there cleaning each room and the floors. The house is in bad repair, dents on the fridge, missing outlet covers, non working windows. Property Owners did send a crew to look at the shower, but over all their POV was clear... this house has a heavy occupancy so maintenance is not a priority. This house in the condition it deserves would be wonderful. As is, it likely needs high 5 digits spend in repairs.

Simple clean beach house
Nothing extravagant, it’s not the most up to date, but was a pleasant and easy stay with an awesome location and view. Walked on the beach Daily and watched the sun rise over the ocean from the porch.

Our family enjoy our stay. The house was right on the beach. My favorite part about the house is the view of the beach from the back deck. In the evening, the house provided a nice shade on the back deck. The beach was clean too. The house have everything we need for our family vacation.

Large house with lots of beds and bathrooms. Great location. Quiet area with good access to the beach. Our kids had a blast. Loved the kitchen and huge dining area.We would not hesitate to stay here again. Check in was easy and mgmt very responsive. Recommend to anyone

Perfect place for big family gathering!
So spacious and clean! Perfect for our large family gathering (ages 4-87). The kids just loved the bunk room. It was such a close walk to the beach and we were able to set up our canopy for the whole day and people walked back and forth as the spirit moved them. The kitchen had everything we needed (and we loved the waffle makers!). Minor issues: Fridge definitely takes a while a cool anything so pay attention to the instructions in the house manual, deck has some nails that could be hammered down We would definitely come back!

Very Unhappy with House
Where to begin…I’ve never written a negative review. Ever. This stay warranted one. On arrival, we had to basically sweep the entire downstairs and clean up showers. The floor was so dirty and in desperate need of mopping/scrubbing. Dirt and caked on filth. Furniture was complete gross and stained. Porch furniture was completely shoved all over the place. We killed not one but MULTIPLE cockroaches during our stay in the kitchen and bathrooms. Walls are splattered with filth and dirt. Upstairs common room we had to clean blood off of the wall. Beware of the photos of this property!!! The house was so hot upon arrival and the AC is set to not go below 71. We had to move our elderly parents to another hotel because the house stayed so hot the entire time. Owner was aware of the air not working properly and he blamed it on Texas weather. Guess what? We live in east Texas and are used to hotter days. Zero care.
