Great Family Retreat

The house is cute and had plenty of space for us to stay comfortably. The street is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The property manager who came out, was awesome. My family and I appreciate her so much. The only drawbacks were the washer and dryer. The washer kept stopping in the middle of the cycle and the dryer sounded very loud. But other than that, we really loved staying here. Thank you so much.

The place had everything we needed. We stayed for 30 days. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The price was reasonable.

This home was NOT ready for guests!!

I have never left a negative review but at this point the owner, management and maintenance companies are not leaving me a choice. The apologies mean NOTHING when there is no attempt to correct the situation. I daily made the host, management and maintenance aware of things that were wrong or did not work yet no one bothered to attempt to fix or correct the issues. The voicemail stated to text for faster service yet no one ever responded! There was very little water pressure in the sink or showers. The washing machine did not work and we removed soaking wet clothes, we attempted to dry them but the dryer did not work, garbage disposal didn't and the sink would not drain. Only hot water in the kitchen sink. This caused scolding hot water that almost burnt one of our guests and we could not adequately clean dishes because we could not stand to have our hands in the water since it was so hot. Part of the back fence is missing and yard so overgrown we could not let our 7 year old play in the backyard. AC filter & vent was black. I haven't even mentioned the sorry excuse for mattresses in the bunk room or the lack of pillows in the bedrooms. They were so flat that you can't even call them pillows. This rental needs major work and repairs and many upgrades! The pictures in the listing seem to be photo shopped. Again, highly disappointed in the "customer service" or lack of. We spent over $700, asked for partial refund and they gave us $46.50. Do not book this rental!!
