「The property was very comfortable and the staff were sweet but it wasn’t really like a five star hotel. At the restaurant plates were whisked away before you barely finished eating and in the spa the tile heated chairs didn’t work and when I told the spa person she said “I’ll check!” and she never returned. I went to find her and she’d gone for the day. Lots of little things like that you’d never find at another 5 star hotel.」

「The room was exactly what I needed, typical European small shower to be expected. Good location for walking and great Scon place across the street for a quick breakfast before grabbing a tour (a 4 minute walk to Wild Atlantic Tours). 」

「Absolutely a dropdead gorgeous hotel. From the lobby to the Oyster Bar and restaurant to the downstairs pub everything is absolutely perfect. Our room was amazing and looked out onto Eyre Square, which is where you want to be. A ten minute walk to the Latin Quarter, which is where we spent most our time souvenir shopping and going to all the various restaurants and pubs. Super fun. Great location for the hotel.」
