“The view was breathtaking and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were extremely outdated and not fresh. The pillows were very flat with 1 per person. The bathroom was rusted and needed to be regrouted. The property was not maintained too well. It could be magnificent if taken care of properly.”

“Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional.”

“This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel”

“Il Residence dei Margi è una bella struttura soprattutto per la zona esterna con piscina molto grande e piscina piccola per i bambini. Alcune cose sono da rivedere: la chiusura della piscina è prevista alle 18:30, troppo presto per chi vuole godersi le ore meno calde della giornata. Nel nostro alloggio, già dal primo giorno erano presenti delle formiche sul top della cucina, fatto presente alla reception ma non è stato fatto nulla. Il letto nella camera matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati……

“The property is set in the heart of the shopping district of Reggio Calabria 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a historical building that can only be described as absolutely stunning. The building is palatial internally and externally with many original features immaculately maintained, with large wooden doors, marble floors and a gorgeous stairway leading from the courtyard to the rooms. There is a large lounge/drawing room where guests can relax with coffee or wine which are available which……

“This is a perfect property, even better than 5-star hotels. Imaging hardwood floor bedroom and marble floor/walls bathroom. Everything is so neat and high standard. They also clean every day. You cannot complain about anything!”
