“This was the worst hotel in gambia. It started with the fee to check in early $1500 dalasi (no one can control when their flights come in) you should be able to check in early if the hotel is not full and your guys were definitely not full the 3 weeks that I stayed. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn't flush and we had no AC. After traveling I couldn't even stand in the room because I couldn't breathe. I went to reception and they were going to charge $1000 dalasi a day which would have……

“Chose to upgrade to Deluxe room which was a lot better (initial room while clean was a bit tired). Lovely staff”

“Trips, their cars 4-wheel were very old and packed with people. For example on safari they packed 18 people in car. From other places, as I seen it in the parking lot, they all have smaller cars, 4 or 6 people.”

“Location is great, couple of pools and small private beach. Standard rooms are terrible, don’t even think about booking one. The amenities look OK but it’s inconsistent operating hours let it down. There is a bar on the beach that doesn’t open at sunset, arguably the busiest time. Reception and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful, others not so much. Be aware that general public and other “guests “ can buy passes for pool/beach.”

Internet ok but just outside the restaurant , no credit cards so you pay with cash ( they change money and atm just outside hotel ) restaurants/ bar/ shops /taxi just minute outside. Rooms cleaned everyday , breakfast ok , restaurant inside really nice food I would back again . Thanks ”
