“The Hotel Mahendra Prakash is awesome place to stay in Udaipur at affordable cost. The rooms are spacious and gives you haveli like atmosphere. It is located at a prime area, major tourist spots are at walkable distance. Frintdesk, Housekeeping and restaurant staff is efficient and polite. Swimming pool is clean. Good is nice. “"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. However, the room is ordinary and especially bathroom is basic. With a four star hotel rates, I think its quality is far away from the price. Our room is located on the ground floor, facing right towards a rooftop restaurant. We booked one month before our arrival and it was so noisy, with no view at all. This is so not……

“A great find and conviently located. The gentleman on reception was great throughout my stay, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size with lots of old period furnishings. Large comfy bed and a fan heater provided. AC worked well too though being the cooler months use of fan heater was needed. Large bathroom with good hot water shower. Located within walking distance to the Palace entrance gate and plenty of resturants nearby. Would definately recomend and stay here……
