“We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. You need to accept that it’s an old building and isn’t sound proof. If you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by horns and dogs barking. That’s part of……

“Lake view room was 5 *, the view from the bath at sunset was beauitful, possibly the best room we have had on our travels in India, the guy who greeted us was very polite and helpful, however the staff we served us our evening mral in restaurant reduced this from 5 star to 4 star.”

“Firstly, the check in experience felt overwhelming. They asked for my passport details of all the people. After sending the details, they said we needed adhar card. Which, I (the person the room is under), gave the adhar card. However, after another hour, they asked us to send OCI cards, we sent it again. Then after 15 minutes, they asked for the adhar card again, even though I gave them the hard copy. Secondly, the room was 250$, and which came with stained sheets. I asked for a rollaway……
