“Had a great weekend stay about as close as you can get to the historic Harpers Ferry location. Pretty cool to stay in such an historic building in an area of such rich history. Suite was clean & had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and simple. The multiple freight trains going past were long & loud, but that added to the uniqueness of the location/experience. Would definitely recommend.”

“Some of the most important things while traveling is looking for a place to stay that is both safe and clean. This apartment definitely topped that. It is adorable and in a town full of so much history. I highly recommend staying here. The property manager was very kind and communicated very well with us incase we needed anything. I also appreciated the small parking lot behind the building so i knew my car would be safe. They even brought a portable fireplace for us to stay warm. Though i only……

“This apartment is beautiful. It’s in a fully finished basement with a kitchenette, private bathroom, in a lovely suburban home. Very clean, comfortable, private patio/entrance. Safe neighborhood, large mature trees. Amenities provided of bottled water, coffee & creamer, snacks. My daughter and I attend the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. The drive to Howard County Fairgrounds was about 25 minutes. The apartment is very close to Frederick with lots of quaint shops and restaurants. The hosts……

“I’ve absolutely loved staying at this place. The basement is very modern and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. My favorite part of my stay was getting to see the acres of land. It’s such a beautiful scenery especially at sunset. The farm is in the backyard and I got to see the chickens and goats, and had some beautiful friendly farm cats around too. Definitely will come back to stay again!”

“Everything was convenient and clean. The shower was a challeng since the area was quite compact but everything else worked out very well for us. Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe.”

“We just wanted to get away and do a little hiking with the kids during spring break. The location is great if your goal is to be active. It's less than a mile down to Harper's ferry. The best food we had was at the owners restaurant right across the parking lot. Yes it's small and yes it's over a bar, but we were comfortable and took advantage of the live music. If your kids will be picky about sleeping on a futon, you might want to try a different place. The master bed was quite comfortable. We……

Several free museums and historical sites within walking distance. Park ranger free presentations at 2:00 PM were interesting and informative. Easy access. Responsive host. “We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. It has a nice soaking tub. The only reason we would probably not rent again is because of the cooking pots and pans. They should of been thrown away a long time ago. If you don't plan on cooking any meals including breakfast it would great place to stay.”

“The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. “We came into town to see a show at Charles Town Casino. The location was perfect! We loved the view of the river. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed a great dinner at Mi Dellagado and an excellent breakfast at the Mountain View Diner. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.”
