“Friendly and supportive staff. Very responsive to enquiry before and during the stay. Regular shuttle bus to Dublin Airport 24/7. Definitely the choice if there is an early flight to catch.”

“The setting is lovely and the walkable locality and village amenities. We must have booked the budget room though instead of the advertised "deluxe", first floor courtyard, old stables. Room was fairly grubby, area behind the door hadn't been cleaned forever, shower tiny, bedding and towels clean but quality poor and only 1 skinny little pillow each? Our problem though was we arrived at tail end of heatwave and asked for a fan or something but apparently any available had already been given……

“Rooms, lodges and restaurants outstanding. Food was wonderful. Our server at the Barton Grill was brilliant! This is a 5 star property and overall lived up to that. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste.”

“The standard of accomodation came as a great surprise. Everything was immaculate. Very spacious beautifully decorated bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful host Orla made check in flawless. Would definitely recommend. Continenal breakfast had lots of choice from beautiful fresh berries and other fruits, fresh yogurts, cereals, and a selection of breads,jams etc very good.”

“朝食のアレルギー対応の食事があるか何度もメッセージを送ったが、返事が一切無かった。そして滞在前に事前チェックインのメッセージがホテル側から届いたが、旅行中で忙しい為（4室もあり対応に時間がかかることから）、ホテル到着時にチェックインする旨をメッセージしたが、また返事が無い。翌朝また事前チェックインのメッセージだけ送られて来て、仕方なく忙しい中、事前チェックインを行った。ホテルに到着すると、すぐに鍵が渡される訳ではなく、またチェックイン作業があり、非常に手間がかかるホテルだった。スタッフも快い対応では無かったことが、せっかく良いホテルに宿泊したはずが、残念な点だった。朝食は大変素晴らしく、朝食のスタッフの対応だけは良かったことが救いとなった。”
