「Studio which is great for a very short stay. We were in Bear Lake for a Skijoring competition and just needed an easy place to stay the night. Very clean. Beds feel really worn out, but for one night it was fine.」

「Nice place with plenty of room for my adult and teen children to spend over the 4th of July. It's placed close to all the shops and places to eat in Garden City. Maybe one small thing and then something for the owners to look at. Family mentioned the decor was a bit dated and had a Christmas theme in the living room. While the view was absolutely fantastic, it was hard to get on the balcony with all the wasps that would hover around there in the afternoon. All in all, we would look to stay here...

「Grimy, gritty, sticky kitchen floor and cupboards, filthy kitchen light, dirty mop boards all, grit on bed comforters as well as dining table, torn down screens, broken fireplace, locomotive-sounding washer, jet-take-off sounding downstairs heater, reading lights not working, n ight stand lights not working. wonderful view and a good layout; close to everything. C'mon guys, do the work. Shame on you for the condition of this could-be wonderful property.」
