"This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite having already booked and paid, the staff couldn’t even find our reservation, wasting our time and causing unnecessary stress. Check-in was a disaster—slow, disorganized, and unpunctual. To make matters worse, we were arbitrarily asked to change rooms, completely upending our plans and adding to the chaos. The rooms themselves were inadequately prepared, with no basic amenities provided, forcing us to chase staff for things that should have been standard. The service was inattentive, disorganized, and downright frustrating. For a supposedly professional hotel, this experience was shocking. The lack of competence, courtesy, and efficiency made our stay deeply unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere—it is nothing short of a headache disguised as hospitality."

"The Tibet boutique hotel was a wonderful place to spend three days. The price is incredible and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I didn’t see a swimming pool, which is why I gave it a four the hotel offers driver service, which we used to go outside of town to see some temples. Overall, it was a wonderful day! The food in the restaurant was also very good and. Inexpensive."

"A lovely hotel that is very clean , ideally positioned for Kathmandu City and we found the hotel staff ultra friendly. In a quiet location away from the busy streets with good restaurants nearby. Would certainly return if we visit Kathmandu again."

"I Had a great stay at this Hotel..The moment I walked in and checked out they treated my like family. Anything or any questions I had they took care of me . The breakfast and room service was wonderful. The hotel is in a good location and close to the action and square . Thank you to the Staff and will see you again hopefully one day ."
