“The hotel was so good that I actually came back a second time. :) The staff is very warm and friendly and kind and will offer good suggestions for meaningful places to go to. If you need any help, they will help you immediately. Also, my room was very quiet. Some other guy who wrote a review said he thought his room was a little noisy because of outside traffic, but the hotel is not facing a busy street and I did not hear any traffic at all. It was fine, I always got a good night's sleep. ……

“Here is the English translation: ⸻ On the first night of our stay, we found an opened bottle of Coke in the room’s refrigerator, which made us feel that the cleanliness might not have been thorough. However, the hotel is located in a great area for shopping, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent, offering both a beautiful view and delicious food. All the hotel staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and provided helpful assistance.”

“Amazing staff !!!”

“Great place to stay! Hot water and nice room. Helpful staff, just stayed for one night but would recommend!”

“Good staff. Good hotel, but noisy road if your room towards main road. Overall all good”

“We had an excellent stay at the Arushi Boutique Hotel! We booked a suite and the room was very spacious and clean. In room dining was very convenient and reasonably priced by Western standards, and we enjoyed the extra space to eat in the room. The WiFi was very fast and good for streaming and video calls. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there was loud music coming from a nearby building during a few of our nights. However, we were able……

“本身是訂了兩間豪華雙床房，入住兩晚，但前台卻給了兩間普通標準房，我再給他們看我所預定的房間，職員話沒有了，只可以安排換回一間豪華及一間標準，我也不想再理論了，只好接受。 幸好附近很熱鬧，很多餐廳，很多購物點，令我們的心情好了點。而且早餐算美味豐富，兩天都是不同的，很有新鮮感。”

“キレイで静かで良かった。 宿の隣にバーがあるのがいい。”

“in the center of thamel but very quiet, the garden is beautiful, the price is reasonable, I will recommend this hotel ”

“A nice hotel inside an alley, the view of the room was to a dumpster not really nice, breakfast was ok, room was cozy with air conditioning that is good enough, has a little refrigerator that works ok. Bathroom mixed WC and shower, not the best arrangement, bed was comfortable enough. Something nice was that I have an early tour and they had a boxed breakfast prepared. Also taxi could not be paid to the hotel, they made the booking but needed payment in cash.”

“在泰米尔地區的中心，前往購物十分方便。酒店外圍尚算滿意，但房間內通風不足，濕氣非常重，尤其在洗澡後更嚴重。毛巾、被舖灰灰黑黑，令人不想使用。整体有待改善。”

“Highly be cautious to this hotel. They overcharged hotel guest even you made your payment online through hotel.com. I booked a standard double room and clearly informed that we have a party of two. When I checked in the hotel, they said I need to pay extra for my partner bcos the room is only for one person but not two. They locked me up and refuse to let us go. Ended up I got to call the tourist police, and after the cops figured out the whole matter. The hotel then released me without……
