“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the competent staff, and especially to Ms. Nadia, who made us feel welcome from the very first minute with their exceptional yet unobtrusive attention and courtesy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Since I had to check out late on my last day, they provided me with free accommodation in another room until my flight time. If I ever visit Cape Town again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. ”
