"Beautiful rooms, amazing staff and service. Highly highly recommend, even if it’s just for 1 night. We also tried both restaurants and were blown away. "
"Wonderful host and great service. Rooms could have had a full length mirror & perhaps a small chest of drawers but other than that fine. Fantastic location. Owner was lovely! Would recommend :) "
"We had an excellent one night stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located 1 block away from the Durandy tram stop. Great staff, quiet rooms and good value."

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful private beach and the rooms were decently-sized and clean. It’s about a 45 min walk/15-20 minute drive from all the restaurants and things to do in the city besides the beach, but it was easy enough to get around by Uber. "
"Hard to fault this place!! Staff and operation were excellent.
A few scuffs on the walls in the room, occasionally very busy elevators.
Overall excellent!"

"This was a last minute stay booked due to an issue with our local Airbnb, but it was exactly what I needed - the room was small but perfectly comfortable and had everything I could want to relax and decompress. The only small caveat is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the conversations next door pretty clearly, but luckily I had quiet neighbours :) The thing that made this stay so good was Nina on reception - she was so kind, welcoming, and helpful - she is a real asset to the property and turned what would have been a fairly basic visit into something exceptional. "The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the promenade and a 15-minute walk to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was that the carpet in room 403 was very dirty, stained, and old and really needs to be replaced. "
