“We thoroughly enjoyed the patio in the mornings and the hot tub in the evenings. Wonderful cabin.”

“The space was lovely! The river was beautiful, the porch was nice. And we really enjoyed seeing all the animals on the property! There were minor cleaning issues but nothing major. I highly recommend bringing your own filtered water! The tap water taste was quite unpleasant so we ended up running to Maverick to get filtered water.”

“This place was amazing! The host was super friendly, informative and sweet! Anything we needed she responded in a reasonable time frame. We loved the modern look with a cabin vibe away from town.”

“Only hitch was running out of propane on only the second use. Otherwise great place.”

“Amazing view of this rustic cabin. Only issue on east facing bedroom was a light color curtain that allowed early light in…Laundry and dryer machines are a plus. Kids liked the swing. Great place to relax and enjoy coffee looking at Mt Sopris!”

“The cabin was just lovely! It was super clean, very well cared for, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The views from the cabin are beautiful, too. And the hot tub! It honestly has to be one of the best I’ve ever been in. The jets hit your shoulders, back, and legs in all the right places—who needs to go to a spa? The host was spot-on with communication and shared helpful information and recommendations for hikes and things to do in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely……

“Comfortable and clean, the location was ideal for us to walk to the downtown bars and restaurants while far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Parking is possible downtown but it won’t be right outside. We enjoyed the Iron Mountain Hot Springs, very professional and relaxing, the Glenwood caverns, and the hike up to Hanging Lake. You can hire walking poles at the trailhead which make a big difference if you are not a seasoned hiker. The Glenwood Vaudeville Review was fun and good value. We……

“The property met our needs with the number of bedrooms and baths. We were pleased with the items provided in the kitchen and our granddaughter was able to prepare two complete dinners for our group of 11 people. Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. The location was close to town but far enough away so that there were walking trails right from the house. The layout of the house allowed groups of people to gather in several different areas. All in all, it was a very good……

“Perfect setting for family with kids and a dog! We all enjoyed our stay. Great porches and cookout facilities. Kids loved the volleyball and cornhole and puzzles/games. We would book again!”

“The property was good! Right by the Colorado river; nice if you want to sit and read outside. The only commentary I have is that the place has one window a/c unit, so it takes a while to cool down if the door is opened and closed a lot.”

“Had a great weekend stay!!!”

“The Juniper Retreat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. A little tight for three mature women but for a couple it would be perfect. The views from the drive in and the back patio area are spectacular. The location was perfect for our visit to Marion Bells and Aspen. David is a great host who gives excellent directions and responds quickly to inquiries and suggestions. I would not hesitate to book here again.”

“Loved our stay at Lavender Lodge. Was the perfect space for our family of 3. Nice location, close to everything but a nice quiet spot. Enjoyed sitting outside listening to the river and even got to see a black bear walk by.Host was great to communicate with, kitchen had everything we needed and beds were incredibly comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area”

“Our stay at this gem of a house in Parachute was exceptional. The scenery was top notch and the views were truly extraordinary. This home had everything we needed and more.”

“The cabin was awesome! It is located on quiet private land that provides lots of open space for both city views and star gazing! Highly recommended spending some time at night gazing at the stars. The road to get to the property is decently long after exiting the highway, windy and made of dirt. If arriving at night be prepared. The house is in a great location to get to both Glenwood Springs and Palisade. The inside of the house is so cute! However, there really are only 2 bedrooms. One of the……
