“The room we had was great. It was spacious and the tall ceilings made it feel even more spacious. The elevator needed some repairs because most of the handrails were falling off. Depending on what kind of experience you want, this location was located near a few bars with people enjoying themselves.”

“The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.”

“The room smelled of strong fragrance, was tiny, and very loud. It sounded like my window was open the entire night. It was absolutely not worth the amount of money I spent. The staff was fantastic, but I would never book this hotel again unless it was significantly cheaper.”

“As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber.……

“While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I……
