“Good hotel”

“This hotel was the nastiest place I ever saw. I cannot believe you even let it be on your website. That was absolutely gross. I booked three nights. I stayed one night. I could not stay there more than one night and the night. I did stay there I could not sleep. It was so nasty. I really do think you should give me my money back. one star is more than they deserve. They deserve -5 star.”

“It is an older building. We found the a/c to be lacking. We actually had to asked to be moved to a different room as the first one was not cooling at all. They tried to move us to a different room that was immediately cool when you walked in but was not cleaned for a new guest so was sent to a third room. A little cooler then the first but still seemed to not have a/c working correctly. I would not want to be in either room in July when it is really hot. The breakfast food was not monitored……

“Travelers BEWARE! This hotel is located directly next to a very loud and very active train line as well as a new build for the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The windows are not adequate to cut down on the noise, and it will likely result in a terrible night of sleep. Upon arrival we were warming greeted at the valet and told that we could download their app to pay for valet or pay at the front desk. I was told that I would not be required to download an app or create a profile to do either one. ……

“The hotel has a great gym—and a great breakfast!”

“The room is outdated weathered and not happy that the floor kept getting all wet when we showered there were ants on our nightstand. However the room was clean and the staff was helpful, and I see construction being done in the property. Also breakfast was great. Just a suggestion, you should add breakfast potatoes that would have completed my breakfast. I will stay again”

“Room bed covers with blood, upon requesting refund. Manager stated I was in the room for 30 mins. That does not justify the beds were covered in blood stain in the room, being a non-smoking smell like smoking to the carpet and to the ceiling.. The worst experience I’ve ever had.”

“Right in the perfect location to quickly go eat or shop. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Even had a hand held steamer for your wrinkled clothes. We will 100% stay at this wonderful hotel again!”
