"Great"

"The front desk manager was very kind. However, she did mention that she was the only staff on the day/night of our stay. As a result, we were unable to get the pack n play that we requested for our infant. Additionally, the toilet ran all night long. Also, this area was not the safest for traveling with young children."

"There was NO hot water in 1807 so we reported that to the staff on the first morning. After we were already in bed that evening, a guy pounds on our door and starts to come in, I asked him what is he doing, and he said "sorry, I was told this room was empty." I reported the issue again the next morning, however, the issue was never resolved during our stay."

"Property and room was super clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad. The night clerk was friendly and excited, and that was a nice change from typical night time hotel check ins. The bad parts is the TV channels above 9 or ten were all choppy, like old DirectTV when the clouds rolled in. They were completely unwatchable. The TV did had casting from a device. That worked the first night, but never again after that. The wife forgot things in the car and had to go back out twice. She was approached by two different sketchy dudes walking up from the wooded area around the back. She survived."
