"The staff at the breakfast counter were very focused on closing up and did not follow our orders. They did not provide enough information about the orders and coffee and supplies were constantly in need of refill. Housekeeping was excellent and the welcome check-in and check out staff are great."

"Do not stay here with family. I’m single mom with teenage daughter. When we arrived, people parting outside in parking lot. Church in lady announced my room number out loud when theyre were men behind me. Got to end of hallway where our room was and door to our room had been propped open with latch. Also, guy sitting at end of hallway on his phone. Did not sleep all night due to fear of safety. Expedia needs to add a safety part to their reciew:z "

"No amenities...not even a cup in the room. Had to use an old cup in the truck to take pills. Elevator was creaky and slow to open. Ice machine was broken. We tried to buy a couple of bottles of water but if we didnt have cash we had to spend at least $10 to swipe a card? Breakfast was poptarts and bagels but no toaster that we could find. It was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for."

"Great hotel in NE Indianapolis near Fishers. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Great happy hour drinks and appetizers. Better than average hotel breakfast. Nice, somewhat luxurious room with comfortable beds. Quiet."

"I've stayed at the property before and it's a kind of "you get what you pay for situation" but I feel like sometime between the last time I was there and now, it's slightly less desirable than before. I had gotten in late, the attendant was friendly enough, but there was a lot going on. She was frustrated by the internet being down, I gave her my name said I was there for 3 nights and she thought Iwas only there for 1 - she had me confused with someone else. Othe than the rocky start, we were good. Nothing wrong with the place other than normal, but nothing spectacular either. Thanks! "
