"Everything was good, only a few minor complaints. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. We did not eat the provided breakfast so I cannot comment on it. Trash can in the kitchen needs to be larger, and some of the pillows were like sleeping on pancakes. Those are my only complaints."

"Enjoyed some food and drinks, watched the snow fall over the lake, and finished some online shopping. Turned out to be a fantastic night to be snowed in at the hotel after a day of Christmas shopping. Staff was great to be around! "

"We love this hotel for visits to the Keystone area. Our room was like new, great bed, large TV generally well appointed. Nice to walk through to the Fashion Mall and to the parking garage. "
