"Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. "Best hotel ever "

"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according...
