Relatively new property so still fairly clean. Quiet room. Internet was not strong and was for video call meetings that I had with clients. The area has some new food options from what I remember a few years ago. Good coffee shop called No Filter nearby that was a welcome change from the regular Starbucks

Was woken up at 4:00am as someone was knocking on the hotel doors loudly looking for “Norman” people were drinking in parking lot and lots of loitering. I left my last night and booked the comfort inn and Clayton. It’s worth the upgrade.

The layout of the room was very efficient, I was impressed with the kitchenette area that included a microwave, small electric Inset cooktop and medium sized refrigerator. The air conditioner worked very well and was fairly quiet. The bathroom was well appointed. This is the best value that I have come across in a long time. Great for extended or short stays.

1 st night there was a bug in the bedding. Killed by us. Rooms in the hallway left open during the day and was noisy. Lead us to believe we were not safe.

VERY, VERY upset with both Expedia and My Place Hotel. Reserved the handicap room, got confirmation of success and was told this was not booked on checkin. So, I have 2 parents (88 & 89) with walkers afraid of elevators and I have to take them to the 3rd floor. Could not even get a ground floor room. Will never come back here again. NO effort was even taken to do anything different. And now we find a 2 inch blood stain on the carpet in our room 3 different spots. If this was not a non-refundable room, we would leave immediately. This is disgraceful. Lots of potential for a great hotel, but this stay did not help.

Wow. We were so pleasantly surprised. Hotels have gotten so expensive. When I booked this I figured it would be an uncomfortable budget hotel. Worn down etc! But what we found was a very clean , bright and well maintained property. Nice sized room. Kitchenette. We’ve already booked our next date canceling the Hampton inn. The staff is minimal but very friendly and took care of us.
