“We had a wonderful stay! It was exactly as described— clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was very cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. “ The house was clean, plenty of bath towels, and the pool was clean. The owner was very prompt about getting back to me, when I had questions. “Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she……
