Stayed with family for 4 nights 3rd May to 7th May. Excellent property . Only if you are old and having heavy luggae, you need to arrange for help as property is at first floor.

Cozy suite in a quiet location
This cute apartment in a quiet and pretty neighborhood was what I was looking for. A short drive to downtown, the Greenway, some great restaurants and an excellent organic food market it made for an excellent stay. The property manager was a phone call away and very helpful.

Great Spot Local to Everything in the Raleigh Area
This apartment was comfortable, and meticulously clean upon our arrival. Our host was easy to contact and replied very quickly. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to other areas of the region. We enjoyed our stay.

DT Raleigh Apartment
Midge is a great host and communicates well. Check-in/Check-out process was smooth. Property is about a 10-15 min walk to downtown Glendale area with a lot of restaurants/bars. This is a complex with neighbors within the building so will have to be mindful of noise levels but works well for a family of 2-3. If you do not want to share a bed, you will have to be on a rolling bed - better suited for kids but worked well. Overall good stay, great host, and would recommend for a couple looking to be close to downtown Raleigh for an affordable price.

We were just in town for a quick visit for a gymnastics competition and the location was great! So convenient for anything at the convention center! Had everything we needed in a great area.
