「I picked this place as I enjoy having cooking facilities with accommodation and when having an early start for work means I can make breakfast still. Nice bedroom/relaxation area. Only slight downside is the shower head slider pole thing kept slipping and spinning round but bathroom was nice too otherwise.」

「Unproblematischer Check in (Schlüsselbox) , Parken im Parkhaus in der Nähe, Wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung( auf unserer Schottland- Rundreise mit Abstand die Beste),sehr zentral gelegen in Bahnhofsnähe, Toast, Butter, Marmeladen, Cornflakes, Milch, Tee und Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. 「位置很好，到城堡很近，到河岸更是只有一分钟，提供了免费车位，不过我抵达的时候车位都被占满，到了晚上我再去移动到空出来的车位中。公寓房间很大很舒适，只有洗衣机是个问题，洗衣机和干衣机不能同时开启否则会跳闸，我使用的时候单独使用洗衣机却依然跳闸。整体来说是一个很棒的选择」

「Check-in information from VRBO looked like a spam. When opened it was an ad for national debt relief. We had frustrations but it was all from the VRBO site. Owner was great and flat was within within walking distance of the old town. On street parking was never an issue. Would stay there again. 」

「Lovely apartment. Close to the train station, bus station and town center. Plenty places nearby to eat,drink but also enjoyable to spend a relaxing evening in the apartment too. Nicely decorated throughout, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing dinner in if you wish to do so. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a central base in Inverness. 」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at the Aigas Pond View cottage. We were traveling as a family of 5 including 2 teenage boys. We had plenty of space to relax, cook a meal and play some board games. It was a perfect area to call home while we explored Inverness, Muir of Ord, and Fort Agustus. My boys played a round of golf and had a wonderful time. If we ever make it out that way again, we'll be back!」

「Lovely apartment just a couple of blocks from the heart of Inverness. Directions for finding and accessing the apartment were very clear, and the host was very communicative. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, shower was clean and hot and the included parking permit was much appreciated. This was one of our favorite places to stay during a 10-day trip spanning multiple cities across Scotland. Next time we visit Inverness this will be at the top of our lodging list!」

「The studio is very clean, modern and cozy; perfectly and thoughtfully equipped. The view is great. It is very quiet. We have stayed in a lot of apartments, but this one is outstanding. We very much enjoyed our stay despite the rainy weather.」

We absolutely loved our week in Inverness and the apartment was great, it was very clean and well equipped. We even had some surprises left in the fridge and cupboards which was great after arriving late. Jill the owner was easy to get hold of and replied quickly and efficiently. Would definitely come back to Inverness and would either stay here or in one of the other Ness Holiday homes!」

"一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."
