> Room: Beds on a platform one step above the floor. Digital controls. Decent shower. In room fridge would not get cold. TV signal was spotty. Sink did not drain well. Told they had filtered water and ice but the machines did not work. Besides the concern about tripping off the step, the room was fine.
> Cafe: I had used their online ordering which took my order and claimed it charged my room. Upon going down to pick it up, I was told their online ordering 'doesn't work'. When I attempted to re-order breakfast they told me they were now serving lunch. When I attempted to order something from the menu, they told me they didn't have it.
Each of the three mornings I tried to order they were out (drip coffee, yogurt, sandwich).
> Lobby 'private guest lounge': advertised as coffee/tea/water/fruit in the morning, 6 - 10am. Each of the three mornings I went down the 'hot water' was luke warm. Only one day was there fruit.
> $45 amenities charge: Supposedly for the gym and wellness classes. The first morning I was there the class was cancelled."
