"Saw cockroach in the bathroom and called the front desk And The guy said someone will come by but that never happened Took a video and photo of it as proof Will not recommend this hotel if I have to pay over $200 for a night with cockroach in the room. Probably the whole hotel are infested with cockroaches "

"Hotel it’s self is very clean.. but the elevators were broken which ruined my experience because I was late for everything I had planned and was on the 30th floor so only other option was to go down 30 flights of stairs. I am waiting to be partially comped for the inconvenience other than that I would stay here again but for a 5 star hotel that elevator issue really messed up a lot of peoples planned activities and even to get throughout the hotel for so treatment. Other than being held up to get to the spa it was a really good massage ajanae and Jamie did a great job. "

"Liked the location of the hotel, convenient, safe, quiet. The room feels comfortable, of good size, especially the bathroom. Gym is big with plenty equipments, runners, bikes, climbers,etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
