ROW NYC
8/10 Good
"This was a great hotel to stay in while we spent the weekend in NYC attending Broadway shows. Location was great. Room was clean, linen and towels were clean, bed was comfortable. No issues in the room but some may want to know that there is no chair or desk and there is no safe in the room. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, the doorman, the bellhop, and the staff who were monitoring the elevators at times were friendly and helpful. The biggest negative about this hotel was the elevators for those of us staying on floor 16 or above. There were 2 different types of elevators with different call systems. The elevators were on the small size (but maybe it’s standard size for a building of that age). We often had to wait a while for an elevator because of the call systems and the number of people using them over the weekend. But I don’t think we ever had to wait more than 5-6 minutes, which can seem like a long time if you’re in a hurry to get somewhere. Overall this was a great hotel and I would stay here again especially if I wanted to be in Times Square."
"i stayed here with my significant other and had a very great two night stay! very private, very quiet and calm near multiple things in the city. highly recommend for your next couple trip"
"We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable with room to move around. We had a suite and the view of tower one and the park was amazing. Loved that there is a Nespresso machine in the room and access to coffee/tea anytime downstairs also. This is our third time staying in this location and we will definitely be back again."
