The staff were very helpful and happy to assist at any time. The parking place was close by and for a hassle free 24 hours parking, the fee was dirt cheap! Highly recommend this place close to Manhattan and NYU.

Quite a lot of street noise throughout the night. Air conditioning didn't always work that well. Bed was comfortable. Nice, fresh pastries and coffee offered daily for breakfast in the lobby.

I liked this hotel, but there were misses that would make me love it. The good: Location-great! Entrance with beautiful plants outside Staff-very nice The bad: Two elevators, but only one working-very long wait times. Towels- very thin Bathroom door-automatically shuts every time you go in/out-annoying. A few small changes would make a huge difference! Thanks!

Could not have a better location for subway access. Less than 10 minutes walk from SO many lines. Lobby was clean and bright and inviting. Staff were professional & friendly. Most of the rest of the experience was adequate. Wiggly deadbolt, sink that dripped unless you wiggled it just so, TV guide was wrong, only one elevator was working, … but a clean room with good beds and showers. Price was low for NYC, high for the hotel otherwise.

Great location for getting around New York. There’s a subway station literally directly outside the front door. Good air conditioning which was helpful for an August visit. They will keep your bags locked up before check in and after check out.

We stayed here for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Staff was friendly and went out of the way to help us with printing our train tickets at the end of our stay. Room was clean, nice view, just what we needed to recuperate after long days of exploring the city. We visited during a heat wave and found ourselves coming back during midday to cool down in the AC and refresh. The location is right next to the Canal St. train station and very accessible for catching the A, C, and E trains. Thank you so much AMTD staff for a great stay!
