"Stayed for a long weekend to recover from a traumatic family loss. Severe cold caused the drains to freeze in the home and water backed up into the kitchen floor while we were cooking dinner. After about 2 hours of frantic calls back and forth with the on call property manager and the maintenance man, we determined the property was not functional, as we could not use the bathrooms or kitchen sink. "We had a great time. Super cute. My son loved fishing in all the ponds. We were there for a horse show and it was conveniently located to the equestrian center. The bar and grill had great food. If we ever find ourselves here again we would definitely stay again."

"Quiet and relaxing escape with the family! The property is down a gravel road away from the rest of the resort and felt pretty isolated, which we appreciated. There was a bit of a dog smell when we firat got there because it is listed as pet friendly, faded pretty quickly though. Overall, a great stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Most everything was as depicted in the listing. The only thing I would suggest to the host is to have more detailed TV/cable instructions. We were trying to watch the Mizzou vs Oklahoma game and had no clue to get to the SEC network. Not a lot of detail in the welcome packet. Thx"
