“La signora Paola molto gentile ci ha accolto e spiegato le regole della casa. Camera con tutti i comforts, un bagno troppo bello! Possibile andare in piscina con idromassaggio con una zona relax e speaker molto bella! La prima colazione con tinental, torte fatte in casa e molto di più! La proprietà si trova al centro vicino il castello di Carlo V, molto strategica per visitare Lecce! Siamo stati molto bene, la raccomandiamo vivemente. Grazie di tutto.”

“Exceptional level of service. Exceptional breakfast. Having snacks available in the shared areas in the evening was a great plus. Value for money was outstanding, for example the sauna and pool. Location perfect for exploring Lecce on foot or Sarento by car.”

“A spacious room in a lovely home built in the 1870s. The orangerie itself is a lovely oasis in this baroque city. A truly wonderful experience. ”

“Alberto is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to help. His place is tucked into the top floor and has a side deck that is beautiful. One has to ascend to the bed area by a ships ladder but its very comfy. Also the shower is fabulous. A real treat to stay here. ”

“Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”

“The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance ”

“The host changed check in times and doesnt communicate well. You have to reach out to them for check in instructions and beg for the details. Further, the AC in the room doesnt work, just blows hot air and the host doesnt care when notified. The place itself is OK but there are homeless people right outside front door. ”
