“I don't normally leave a bad review, but I feel this situation warranted one so that these items can be addressed or at least the public will be informed. First, the property is still branded as a Super 8. I live in town and I felt confused when I drove up, so I imagine anyone from out of town would be, as well. “Didn't get a chance to stay. Amongst my arrival, i waited almost an hout to check in. It was 10pm.ant night. Check in is done through a night watch window. Myself and 3 other guest rang the bell and knocked fivrously for someone to come help. I contacted Hotels.com and while on the phone call an elder man came. Im not quite assure if he was the manager or just an employee. I shared with him the time frame ive been standing outside waiting and that 3 other guest left because of the wait. He……

“There was no shower curtain. The place stunk there was no refrigerator or microwave like advertised and the AC wouldn’t even let you change the temperature. Only if it was on AC it would not let you change the temperature on heat”

“Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was……
